Top Level Domains
Websites on the internet have top-level domains. These top-level domains identify something about the website associated with it, such as its purpose, the organization that owns it, or the geographical area where it originates.
There are two main types of top-level domains - generic and country code. The top-level domain of higher education websites is typically edu and websites from Canada will have caas the top-level domain.

Conduct a Site Search
Go to https://www.google.com
Enter your search term followed by site: _________ (top-level domain or website)
careers site: concordiacollege.edu
unemployment rate site: bls.gov
Click "Search Google"
Review the search results noting how all of the URLs end in top-level domain or website you listed
