- If Discovery/WMS is glitchy, but still has some functionality, talk to Theresa. They will monitor the issue and call OCLC if necessary.
- Copy the URL for the glitchy record and send to Theresa.
- Copy the Share link for the record from WorldCat Discovery
- Refresh the page, then try a different web browser.
