Database error messages

You may see error messages in a database for a number of different reasons. One common reason for an error is that the page has timed out. If this happens...

  1. Try refreshing the page.
  2. Try opening a new tab and searching for the article again. 
  3. Try clearing your browser cookies.
  4. Try using a different web browser.

Database says I do not have access

Concordia students, faculty, and staff have access to a large number of subscription databases through the library. If you are not seeing full text articles or the FindIt button findit button example in a subscription database, you may not be logged in through Concordia's access, especially if you have found the database using Google.
